All of the Meals – Operational Privacy PolicyAll of the Meals is an in-home meal preparation service. We prepare meals from scratchusing fresh ingredients catering to customers food intolerances, dietary requirements, andsimple likes and dislikes. Our customers range from NDIS participants to busyprofessionals.Our service is defined as a health service and our employees as health care workersunder the ACT Human Rights Commission Act 2005.This policy applies to all employees of All of the Meals.Operational Policy Requirements1. No employee may collect, access, use or disclose any personal information of aparticipant or employee except in the performance of their duties.2. All employees must comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Information Privacy Act 2014.3. All employees must upon their commencement with All of the Meals sign a declarationfor handling personal information and undertake privacy induction training: Welcometo Privacy in Practice - OAIC.4. All employees must report possible breaches of privacy and all complaints aboutpossible breaches to the All of the Meals Privacy Officer as soon as they are identified.5. The Privacy Officer appointed for All of the Meals is the Director.6. Privacy complaints must be assessed and handled according to the OAIC guidelines.7.
